Description
Bonjour
Reading the guideline online (https://microsoft.github.io/rust-guidelines/guidelines/index.html), at the bottom of the web page we can see : "This book was last generated on: 2025-11-05"
However there is no date in `https://microsoft.github.io/rust-guidelines/agents/all.txt`
As a user of Claude, in the `SKILL.md` file I can't write an instruction like:
```
If the file is fully compliant, add a comment: `// Rust guideline compliant {date}` where {date} is the guideline date/version
```
Today it does its best and it uses the date of the last modification of the `all.txt` file . It writes:
```
// Rust guideline compliant 2025-11-18
```

Research direction
Compare the generated guideline page with agents/all.txt, using the date shown on the online index page as the expected source value. Trace where all.txt is produced and determine how the guideline date is exposed there. Done means all.txt includes an unambiguous date or version that matches the published guideline.
