Summary
Report error in IJSValueReader if data shape is wrong
Motivation
When we implement ReadValue function overload to deserialize strongly-typed object, we may experience cases when the source data does not satisfy the type's constraints. We must have a facility to report such errors from the custom ReadValue methods.
The simplest way to do it is to add a new IJSValueReader2 interface with an error reporting function.
