Description
Summary
Since we have labels for bug vs enhancement and for different feature areas of work such as infrastructure. It would be a cool idea to update the fabric-bot to automatically add tags based on what users selected in the change type section and perhaps have some way to automatically add the feature area label as well.
Another bit of future work for PR templates could be to validate the "Change" files as well to see if the proper option is checked..)
Suggestions from @dannyvv.
Motivation
Better search experience for PR's.

First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.
- Comment on the issue to say you are picking it up — it saves two people doing the same work.
- Fork the repository and make your change on a branch.
- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start by examining the fabric-bot entry point and the repository's pull request template, especially the change type and feature area selections. Define how each selection maps to labels and whether validation of the Change files is in scope. Done should include automatic labeling for supported selections and a clear decision on the proposed validation work.
