Description
Today the ReactInstanceSettings has 2 properties that can be set independently, UseDirectDebugger and UseWebDebugger - however AFAIK these two are mutually exclusive now. We should mark those deprecated and replace them with a single property like
enum DebuggerType {
Direct = 0,
Web = 1
}
...
DebuggerType DebuggerType;
