Description

headers in Microsoft.ReactNative.Cxx #include "pch.h". Since C++ apps include these files, this means that the project must use PCHs.

Research direction

Inspect the headers in Microsoft.ReactNative.Cxx, starting with their #include "pch.h" dependency. Check how these files are consumed by C++ apps and validate that they can be included without requiring the consuming project to use precompiled headers. Done means the Microsoft.ReactNative.Cxx headers no longer impose that requirement.
