Description

Problem Description

We have this ComponentTest project that is disabled in all flavors, doesn't build, and doesn't look like anyone's interacted with it (except as part of bulk file operations) for over a year.

Do we need it? Can the tests be moved to a different test project?

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Try to enable any flavor of ComponentTest
  2. Try to build ComponentTest
