Description
We override some bits of the NewAppScreen component (e.g. the Debug instructions so that we say Ctrl+Shift+D instead of iOS/Android instructions).
We should override some more parts of the template and provide relevant RNW information:
- we might want to point the Help link to the RNW repo, or add a new section for that purpose
- replace/add the "follow us on twitter" to point to the reactnative@msft account
- provide links to the RNW website, docs, API docs, blogs...

Research direction
Start by locating the NewAppScreen template app component and reviewing its existing Windows-specific overrides, including the Debug instructions. Identify the Help, social, and documentation links that should point to React Native Windows resources. Done means the template presents Windows-specific guidance and links for the RNW repository, website, docs, API docs, and blogs.
