Description
We recently updated this function in RNW - https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-windows/pull/7268.
Latest RN integration pulled in a change that extends it on Android (but not iOS). Do we want to do the same?

Research direction
Start by comparing the AccessibilityInfo.sendAccessibilityEvent change in RNW pull request 7268 with the upstream React Native commit eacc94005b1b1d33d47b3bea88a6fd242560dafb. Inspect how click events are handled on Android and iOS, then determine the corresponding RNW behavior. Done means the requested click-event support is implemented consistently and its behavior is verified.
