Description
We added a local RNTester page with examples for the AccessibilityInfo API. Some of these were recently added to the built-in Accessibility example page. We should contribute the rest of what we have upstream, and reconcile the duplication.
See https://github.com/facebook/react-native/commit/84dde677d90bb3cfdf53329f7d257b870cb38eca for the upstream changes that overlap ours

Research direction
Start by comparing the local RNTester AccessibilityInfo page with the built-in Accessibility example page and the changes in upstream commit 84dde677d90bb3cfdf53329f7d257b870cb38eca. Done means the overlapping examples are reconciled and the remaining local examples are contributed upstream without duplicate coverage.
