Description

When doing a three-way-merge, react-native-platform-override will look for a base file of the same name as the one currently in the override manifest. This means that there is no way for it to automatically integrate changes that both move and rename a file at the same time.

Research direction

Start by locating the react-native-platform-override entry point and the three-way-merge logic that reads the override manifest. Trace how it finds the base file, then define completion as automatically integrating a file that was both moved and renamed; no test or source file is named in the issue.
