Description
Summary
Create a community module which provides JS API's for Windows AI Foundry. The JS API's should map to the native Windows AI APIs. This module would allow JS developers to leverage Windows AI Foundry without having to learn native C++ code.
Motivation
Enable JS developers to use Windows AI Foundry API's within their React Native applications without having to ramp up on native Windows development.
