Description

Summary

The current Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed project(s) adds all of the module / view manager "helpers" for C# projects. We will need (some) of those for New Architecture projects.

Motivation

To continue support for C# that we started in the Old Architecture.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed and Microsoft.ReactNative.Managed.Codegen projects, along with their existing Old Architecture support. Determine which module and view-manager helpers are needed for New Architecture C# projects; done means the required helper support is defined and implemented with validation.
