Research direction
Start in the E2E test app for Fabric and locate the ScrollView test entry point. Run the existing E2E tests, then add coverage for the listed fast-refresh, direction, scrolling, snapping, and nesting scenarios. Done means the scenarios pass; clarify the open-ended Zoom item before implementing it.
