Description
This page exist in the main documentation:
https://reactnative.dev/docs/platform-specific-code
I don't think we have a clear place in the documentation that covers what strings to use for Platform.select, for example. We should at least highlight that, if not any other information/tips for people to organize their platform code.

Research direction
Start with the existing Platform Specific Code page at https://reactnative.dev/docs/platform-specific-code and review how this repository documents Windows and macOS behavior. Create a clear documentation page covering Platform.select strings and practical ways to organize platform-specific code; done means the Windows/macOS guidance is available in a clear location.
