There are two links at the bottom of the main README that refer to issue tracking. Both links are to this project...

https://github.com/orgs/microsoft/projects/991

... which is only accessible to GH users who are in the Microsoft org.

Suggest either remove these links, or make it clear (in the text) that these are not accessible to internal contributors.
