Implement logging text API in workflow.R

Motivation

Logging text(selected text, stdout, stderr) is required in many scenarios
Currently, Qlib doesn't provide any related APIs.

Alternatives

Sacred could automatically log stdout std error.
mlflow didn't provide convient API https://github.com/mlflow/mlflow/issues/863
