**Describe the bug**

Katas: switching to tutorial and back to samples, disables "Run" button in the sample.

**To Reproduce**

1. Open [Q# playground](https://microsoft.github.io/qsharp/)
2. Click "Teleportation" tutorial
3. Click "Entanglement" sample
4. See the error
5. Workaround: reload the page

**Expected behavior**

Loading tutorial pages must not affect samples

Same issue for many other tutorials and samples (but not all of them!)
The fix (most likely) should introduce a unique URI for samples and the linked code.

Reproduce the issue in the Q# playground by switching from the Teleportation tutorial to the Entanglement sample, then inspect the playground's tutorial and sample navigation entry points. Done when switching between tutorials and samples leaves the sample's Run button enabled without requiring a page reload.
