Description
**Describe the bug**
When submitting a job, it seems to give a notification that says undefined:
Is there a value that we can put instead of undefined?
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open https://vscode.dev/quantum/playground/
2. Submit Bell State sample to ionq.simulator
3. See notification in screenshot
**System information**
- Version of the package or extension for which the problem occurs: **v1.1.1**
