Description

The FieldColorWheel block allows for selecting an RGB value.

Currently, this is an 8-bit value in the range [0, 255].

It would be nice if this could instead be a percentage, say in the range 0-100. Percentages are a more natural range for people who don't understand why 255 is special.

Research direction

Start by locating the FieldColorWheel block implementation and inspect how its RGB range is defined and exposed to users. Confirm the expected percentage behavior and update the relevant coverage if present; the work is done when the block supports selecting values from 0 through 100 instead of only 0 through 255.
