Title: Request to add BMP280 extension to the MakeCode extension gallery

Dear MakeCode team,

I would like to request the addition of my BMP280 extension to the MakeCode extension gallery.

This extension is based on a BME280 implementation originally developed by the Chinese microbit/micropython community (2018), and has been adapted for Japanese educational use.

This version provides:

• Japanese-language block support
• Decimal precision for pressure and temperature measurements
• Open and adaptable design for students and teachers
