Description

Describe the bug
When the Show icon block is centered in the workspace, the icon picker gets cut off, preventing access to some icons.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode for micro:bit.
  2. Open an existing project or a Blocks Start tutorial.
  3. Add a Show icon block near the center of the visible workspace.
  4. Open the icon field editor.
  5. Scroll to the top or bottom of icons.
  6. Observe the icon picker.

Actual behavior
The top or bottom of icons is cut off and cannot be fully accessed.

Expected behavior
All icon options should be visible and selectable regardless of the block's position in the workspace.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Microsoft MakeCode for micro:bit by centering a Show icon block, opening its icon field editor, and scrolling to the top and bottom. Start from the icon field editor entry point; done means every icon remains fully visible and selectable regardless of the block's position in the workspace.
