Offline App: Incorrect Font Styling on Light Sensor Tone Control Guitar Localhost Page

Describe the bug
In the micro:bit Offline App, the text "Set the plot bar graph value up to = 255" is displayed with incorrect formatting on the Light Sensor Tone Control Guitar localhost page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download and open the micro:bit offline app: Microsoft MakeCode Offline App.
2. Navigate to the Music category.
3. Select the "Guitar" project card and click "Show Instructions".
4. Open the Guitar project localhost page.
5. In the Activities section, click the "Light Sensor Tone control" link.
6. Open the Light Sensor Tone control Guitar localhost page.
7. Scroll to Step 1: Build the blocks.
8. Observe the text "Set the plot bar graph value up to = 255".

Actual behavior
The text "Set the plot bar graph value up to = 255" is displayed with incorrect font styling and does not appear bold as intended.

Expected behavior
The text "Set the plot bar graph value up to = 255" should be displayed with the correct bold formatting and match the styling used in the online version.

Compare its formatting with the online version and the surrounding instructions. Done means the “Set the plot bar graph value up to = 255” text uses the intended bold styling in the offline app.
