Description

Describe the bug
In the micro:bit Offline App, the "Start both tutorials side-by-side" link on the Hot or Cold localhost page is broken. Clicking the link opens a localhost URL that displays a "File not found." error instead of launching the two tutorials side-by-side as intended.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download and launch the Microsoft MakeCode Offline App.
  2. Navigate to the Radio Games category.
  3. Select the Hot or Cold project card and click Show Instructions.
  4. Open the Hot or Cold localhost project page.
  5. In the Tutorials section, click "Start both tutorials side-by-side".
  6. Observe the opened page.

Actual behavior
Clicking "Start both tutorials side-by-side" opens a localhost URL that displays a "File not found." error page.

Expected behavior
The "Start both tutorials side-by-side" link should launch both tutorials correctly and provide the same functionality as the online version.

Research direction

Start from the Hot or Cold project page's Tutorials section and trace how the "Start both tutorials side-by-side" URL is generated for the Offline App. Compare it with the working online version, then verify that the localhost link resolves and opens both tutorials side-by-side.
