Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure through the GitHub icon and “Go ahead” flow on Firefox for Windows 11 without a developer token. Trace the request to https://api.github.com/user/repos and investigate why it reports HTTP status 0. Done means the repository creation flow succeeds or presents a clear actionable error.
