Description

Describe the bug
In the Code Evaluation tool (Checklist view), the "stop animation" block under the LED category cannot be found in the Block Picker modal when configuring a "Block used at least count time(s)" criterion.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to MakeCode Code Evaluation.
  2. Enter a Share Project link, e.g. radio bridge.
  3. Switch to Checklist view and click Add Criteria.
  4. Under General, add Block used at least count time(s).
  5. Click the block parameter to open the Block Picker modal.
  6. Browse to the LED category.

Actual behavior
The "stop animation" block is not available in the Block Picker modal under the LED category.

Expected behavior
The "stop animation" block should be available in the Block Picker modal under the LED category and selectable when configuring the criterion.
