Description

Describe the bug
On the Extension Learn More documentation page, four footer links (Language, Privacy & Cookies, Terms Of Use, and Trademarks) are not visible when the user moves the mouse cursor over them.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta.
  2. Open any existing project.
  3. Select SettingsExtensionsLights and Display.
  4. Click the Learn More link of the neopixel extension card.
  5. Open this extension documentation page at https://makecode.microbit.org/pkg/microsoft/pxt-neopixel.
  6. Scroll down to the page footer.
  7. Hover the mouse over four links(Language, Privacy & Cookies, Terms Of Use, and Trademarks).

Actual behavior
Language, Privacy & Cookies, Terms Of Use, and Trademarks four footer links aren't visible when hovering over them.

Expected behavior
Language, Privacy & Cookies, Terms Of Use, and Trademarks four footer links should be visible to indicate interactivity when the user hovers over them.
