JavaScript toolbox block colours missing when set as hue

The JavaScript mode toolbox doesn't display blocks properly when the block colour is set by hue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit project https://makecode.microbit.org/_WcrDrgeA9L1P
2. Check JavaScript mode toolbox of the added extensions
3. See error

Expected behavior
The JavaScript mode toolbox shows the correct colour blocks.

If hue is not fully supported, should the docs be updated?

Reproduce the issue using the linked MakeCode project and inspect the JavaScript mode toolbox handling for blocks whose colour is specified by hue. Confirm the affected extensions, then verify that their toolbox blocks display the expected colours or that the documentation accurately describes hue support.
