Description

Describe the bug

Trying to open a project in Home sometimes only scrolls the row, and the project does not open, or a different project opens - possibly the last in the row?

Affects Android and Apple devices, Safari, Chrome and in the apps.

It's most noticeable with just 4 or 5 projects, but still behaves oddly with more - for example when trying to open the next to last visible project.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Reset MakeCode
  2. Create 4 new projects
  3. Try to load the first, second, and third project in portrait and landscape
  4. Create another project and test loading again
  5. See error

Expected behavior
Projects open when tapped in the same way as when clicked on a desktop computer.

Screenshots

Tap "automatic data logging" - display scrolls and manual data logging is loaded Perhaps the project to open is hit tested after the scroll. There's no need to scroll.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Home project-row behavior after resetting MakeCode and creating four projects, testing portrait and landscape on mobile browsers or apps. Trace how taps are handled alongside row scrolling; done when each tapped project consistently opens the selected project without unintended scrolling or loading a different project.
