Description
This is with a Samsung S24, so a fairly popular 360px horizontal viewport.
This video is within the Android app, but replicable in Chrome as well. When there is a single project trying to click on it causes the carousel to move the projects out of the screen:

Adding more projects resolves this issue, so it looks like it's only present when there is a single project in the homepage.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the homepage behavior in Chrome or the Android app at a 360px-wide viewport with exactly one project. Trace the single-project carousel interaction and verify that selecting the project no longer moves it off-screen; confirm the behavior also remains correct when more projects are present.
