Description

A stretch goal - but thinking that it would be nice to have a Help option always available (not just for syntactic errors). I see people making these types of errors all the time...
Maybe it appears in the Help menu for signed-in users?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing Help option for syntactic errors and the Help menu entry point described in the issue. Clarify how help should appear for signed-in users and which semantic issues it should cover; done requires an agreed behavior for making Help available beyond syntax errors.
