Description

Part of https://github.com/microsoft/pxt-microbit/issues/6138

Some stacks, particularly for stack overflow errors, are very large and repetitive. (Experimentally, a typical stack overflow clocks-in at over 3k tokens). These could be trimmed down to save on tokens. Alternatively, we could trim the middle out of all stacks over a certain depth. That'd be simpler, but less precise.
