Tutorials' border line of content is overwritten by immersive reader when set high contrast on
Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta
2. Click More button then select high contrast on.
3. Open any tutorial.
4. Observe the content border line.
Actual behavior
Tutorials' border line of content is overwritten by immersive reader when set high contrast on
Expect behavior
The border line won't be overwritten by immersive reader.
