Description
Make it easier/better to share third party tutorials.
- Create more user-friendly links i.e. https://makecode.microbit.org/#tutorial:myreponame/markdownfilename
- Persist tutorial links in browser address bar
- Make the 3rd party tutorial disclaimer less scary looking
