Description
This feature was requested via micro:bit support: #62705 as an extension of the new sound record/playback feature by a teacher focused on teaching music-making with the micro:bit:
load sounds into the micro:bit at the point of flashing
In the future, including an 'Assets' library similar to MakeCode Arcade, could help enable the above.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reading the related sound record/playback feature and support request #62705, then clarify how sounds should be transferred during flashing and whether an Assets library is in scope. Done requires an agreed design and a defined flashing workflow, followed by implementation and tests.
