Mac offline build: The video doesn't load in the instruction page
Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Download Microbit offline app: https://makecode.com/api/release/microbit/v5.0.9/mac64
2.Music---->Hack Your Headphones
3.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Let's get started"
4.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the video in the instruction page
Expect behavior
Load the video and it can be played successfully
Actual behavior
Mac offline build: The video doesn't load in the instruction page
