Describe the bug
Microbit offline app : Immersive Reader can't be used online

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Download Microbit offline app: https://makecode.com/api/release/microbit/v3.1.95/win64
2.Click any tutorials and launch Immersive Reader

Actual behavior
Microbit offline app : Immersive Reader can't be used online. It shows the prompt: "Audio is not working - please check your speakers."
