Describe the bug
No prompting message shows after adding extension "radio-broadcast"
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#editor
- Click "Advanced" -> "Extensions" -> choose "radio-broadcast" to add
- Observe the tool box on editor page
Expected behavior
There should have a prompting message showing "radio-broadcast" has been added to "Radio"
Actual behavior
No prompting message shows after adding extension "radio-broadcast"
