Description
All boards are flashed using the UF2 procedure. As far as I know there is no UF2 support for this board.
Since this board is on the list of Makecode supported boards, I am curious to know how to flash it.

Research direction
The issue names the espressif-esp32-devkit-c board and the existing UF2 flashing procedure, but no file or test is identified. Start by checking the project's supported-board list and current flashing guidance, then determine and document a working procedure for this board. Done means a newcomer can follow the instructions to flash it.
