Describe the bug
On iPad devices, the Home screen → My Projects section scrolling does not work properly.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Open the Microsoft MakeCode Arcade on iPad.
2.Go to Home screen.
3.Navigate to the My Projects section.
4.Swipe/scroll horizontally through project cards and observe.
Actual behavior
My Projects horizontal scroll not working properly.
Expected behavior
My Projects horizontal scroll should be working properly.
