Description
Steps:
- Go to skillmap/stable
- Ensure you have no local progress (while signed out, Reset All)
- Ensure you have no cloud progress (while signed in, Reset All)
- Ensure you are signed out
- Start an activity
- Return to home screen
- Sign in
- Notice your skill map progress looks reset. Local progress doesn't appear to be imported.
- Refresh the page to see that your progress was in fact imported to cloud.
Low repro: Only saw this once today.
