Description

Convenietly template already provides InitiatingUserService and PluginUserService, but it lacks SystemUserService which is serviceFactory.CreateOrganizationService(null); and is very useful.

Thank you!

Research direction

Start by locating the plugin template's BasePlugin and compare the existing InitiatingUserService and PluginUserService members. Confirm how the template creates services, then expose SystemUserService using serviceFactory.CreateOrganizationService(null). Done means newly generated plugins provide all three services consistently.
