Description
Microsoft PowerPlatform CLI
Version: 1.35.1+g0c2637a
I ran pac tool cmtto grab a UAT environment.
When I tried to restore the data to the environment, CMT gave the above two errors. Prior to that I may have had two CMT instances running at the same time. Closed everything out, came back in, and got the above errors. Fix steps I tried:
- Repaired using msi.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled.
- Run from VSCode.
- Run from PowerShell.
- Delete various files.
Same results each time.
This feels like a file with a write handle open, but I can't find where it might be. There's no evidence out there of this specific error either--scary....
Thanks, Todd Shelton

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported pac tool cmt restore failure with PowerPlatform CLI 1.35.1, then investigate the cache-clear path referenced by the error. Compare behavior after pac tool CMT --clear and rerunning the command; done means the cache can be recovered or the issue has a documented, actionable diagnosis.
