Description
With existing REST API's and the example scripts in this repo one can set the Refresh schedule of dataset/dataflow, but there is nothing on adding email IDs to "Send refresh failure notifications to", where we can add email IDs from Power BI Portal.
Can you please suggest the documentation around it or develop some example script for same.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing REST API guidance and example scripts in this repository for refresh schedules, then compare them with the Power BI Portal setting for "Send refresh failure notifications to." Done means documenting how to add email IDs through the REST API or providing a working PowerShell example.
