Description

Some Power BI API methods have pagination ($top& $skip parameters) a great enhancement would be if we could call these API's and not worry about paginating all the results.

Similar to 'Invoke-PBIRequest' on PowerBIPS:

Invoke-PBIRequest -authToken $authToken -resource "apps" -odataParams "" -batchCount 1000 -admin

Research direction

Start with the Invoke-PowerBIRestMethod entry point and compare its behavior with Invoke-PBIRequest in PowerBIPS.psm1, linked in the issue. Trace how Power BI REST responses expose $top and $skip, then define completion as handling those parameters so callers receive all paginated results without manually looping.
