Description

When we use the command Get-PowerBIDatasource -datasetid XXXXXXX -Scope Organization
The connection details doesnt fetch the shared Api connection details

Name :
ConnectionString :
DatasourceType : Sql
ConnectionDetails : Microsoft.PowerBI.Common.Api.Shared.DatasourceConnectionDetails
GatewayId : XXXXX-XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX
DatasourceId : XXXXX-XXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX

The Connection details is working alternatively usingREST API
GET https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/admin/datasets/{datasetId}/datasources
as admin. The Powershell Get unfortunatly returns Microsoft.PowerBI.Common.Api.Shared.DatasourceConnectionDetails for all types of sources

Research direction

Start by reproducing Get-PowerBIDatasource -DatasetId XXXXXXX -Scope Organization and compare its ConnectionDetails output with GET https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/admin/datasets/{datasetId}/datasources as an administrator. Trace how the cmdlet maps the REST response for SQL and shared API connections; done means the cmdlet returns the actual connection details instead of Microsoft.PowerBI.Common.Api.Shared.DatasourceConnectionDetails.
