Description
We have reports that are updated regularly and I want to automate the process of publishing those reports.
I found out there is a cmdlet New-PowerBIReport that can publish a new report, but it doesn't update an existing report.
I could just delete and then submit the repor, but that would break some web links I already have with the original report.
Is there a cmdlet that can update the report or something?

Research direction
Start by examining the existing New-PowerBIReport cmdlet and the Power BI report-publishing behavior it uses. Determine whether updating an existing report can preserve its web links, then define the command behavior and validation needed for an update operation.
