Description
Why there is no ps command for such task?
It should be good to have the option to completely delete a workspace, currently you can only do a soft delete by graphic interface.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing PowerShell workspace-management commands and checking how they handle soft deletion. Confirm whether the Power BI service supports permanent workspace deletion through the command-line module, then define the command's behavior and verify that it completely removes a workspace rather than marking it deleted.
