Description
Add-PowerBIWorkspaceUser does not appear to support service principal - this command use additinal parameter overload to specify SP - as workaround I used REST:
Invoke-PowerBIRestMethod -Url "groups/$($workspace.id)/users" -Method Post -Body ([pscustomobject]@{identifier='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'; groupUserAccessRight='Admin'; principalType='App'} | ConvertTo-Json -Depth 2 -Compress)

Research direction
Start with the Add-PowerBIWorkspaceUser command and compare its current parameters with the Invoke-PowerBIRestMethod example in the issue. Done means the command can add a service principal with an appropriate principal type and access right, matching the REST workaround.
