Description
### 🚀 Feature Request
Hello, I wish to understand whether support for Red Hat & Oracle Linux is on the roadmap? If not I would be interested in understanding what it would take to brings those OS's into support.
### Example
"Playwright install" succeeds without warnings and error messages on Red Hat and Oracle Linux.
### Motivation
Red Hat and Oracle Linux are popular distributions. Supporting them would enlarge the Playwright user base. Many potential users need to use Red Hat or Oracle Linux due to corporate policies. Now they cannot implement their solutions. Supporting Red Hat or Oracle Linux would unlock these cases.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Playwright install command on Red Hat and Oracle Linux and compare the warnings or errors with a supported distribution. Investigate how Playwright detects and installs browser dependencies; done means installation succeeds on both distributions without warnings or errors.
