Description

Right now, we're constrained by some internal deployments and build processes which make it difficult for us to have multiple versions of PGRX across our different products. That makes it a bit difficult for us to migrate past 0.16.1, although we'd like to. This might change in the near future, but for now, this issue exists to track the fact that we know we're behind, and to point the any PRs at.

Research direction

Start by locating the PGRX 0.16.1 dependency and reviewing the internal deployment and build constraints described in the issue. Done means selecting a newer PGRX version and confirming the affected builds and deployments remain compatible; the issue names no file or test.
